If you have a hair dryer in the home you can apply some heat around the tip and this should allow the suction to release and you should be able to wiggle and pop the tip right off.
How do I get the old tip off the cane? They seem pretty firmly stuck on there. Black Steel Inserted Rubber Cane Tip - Available in 4 Sizes
