While height can be used as a guideline for determining the appropriate length for a cane, being properly measured or measuring an existing cane will likely deliver more accurate results. Please click here to view our cane sizing guide. A common cane length for users at 5'0 is 30.5" though you will certainly want to measure yourself to be sure. Many of our adjustable canes can have up to three inches removed to accommodate the user. For example, the Glorious Gardens Adjustable Folding Cane comes at a standard adjustable range from 33" - 37' and can have up to 3' removed to shorten it.
