The Brass Derby Handle Walking Cane w/ Custom Shaft and Collar is not adjustable. The standard length of this item is 37" and it can be shortened per customer request. The item has a tip size of 18mm. Our small quad SafeTbase can be ordered at this size. Please click here to view the SafeTbase.
