An answer below says it comes with a rubber tip, but the picture shows a metal ferrule; which is it?
Authentic Hazel Walking Stick from Ireland
Whether it comes with a metal furrule or rubber tip, I will likely be shortening the cane myself (I've done so before); what is the relative width of the cane? I ask concerning availability of rubber tips, as I go through one about every two months.

The Authentic Hazel Walking Stick from Ireland comes with a black-steel inserted rubber cane tip already applied to the tip of the shaft. Since this is a natural wood walking stick, the tip size on this item varies. Typically the tip size ranges anywhere from 13mm-22mm
