Hello, the handle is included in the measurements. You would measure from the handle where the palm rests to the bottom of the tip.
Does the length include the handle or just the shaft? Her curent cane shaft is 32" but with handle is 34.5" Carved Faux Ivory Scroll Fritz Handled Cane - Italian Handle w/ Custom Shaft and Collar
Cane lengths as identified on the chart
