Hello, this cane does not come with a wooden collar. This actually does not come with a collar at all.
can one purchase this cane without the wooden collar mentioned. My last one of these canes the handle cracked into Black Folding Adjustable Palm Grip Walking Cane
Cane one just replace the handles?
