This particular cane is not adjustable as it is made out of wood. Our adjustable canes have aluminum shafts which allows for adjusting. If you are unsure what size you would need in inches, please refer to our sizing guide here for measurement suggestions.

Please also keep in mind that longer than you need is always better than shorter, as you could always get it trimmed at hardware stores such as Lowes or Home Depot. However, if too much is cut off there's no fixing that!
