I'm trying to order a plaque with my cane. Each time I type in an email address, it removes the "@", why is this?

If you want to give us a call at (877) 890-7677 we would be happy to make sure the correct symbols are put down. We unfortunately have taken down the ability to put down symbols on our website since people kept trying to insert emoji's.
