Our canes, including the Chic Pink Pearlz Rhinestone Adjustable Orthopedic Derby Cane, are normally mechanically or chemically bonded. Because of this, the handles and shafts are not interchangeable. This design ensures durability and safety, so unfortunately, parts cannot be swapped between different canes.
