- Relax your arms: Let your arms hang naturally at your sides.
- Measure from wrist to floor: Have someone measure the distance from the crease at your wrist (where your wrist meets your forearm) down to the floor.
- Round up: Round up the measurement to the nearest half-inch. This is the ideal length for your cane.
